We are excited to introduce our exclusive Farm-to-Table Brunch, showcasing the freshest ingredients and flavors inspired by the local produce of Rajanukunte. Drawing from the rich farming traditions of the area, our menu highlights the very best in seasonal vegetables, fish, and meats, sourced directly from nearby farms and communities. This unique dining experience brings guests closer to the essence of what Rajanukunte, where the resort is housed, has to offer.

The thoughtfully curated menu features a range of dishes, including the soul-warming Nati Koli Curry (a traditional country chicken curry), paired with our Chola Ki Roti Basket made from local grains like Aki (rice), Ragi, and Jowar. Guests can savour the robust flavors of Champaran Mutton, a slow-cooked mutton delicacy, and enjoy the smoky sweetness of Bhutte Ki Seekh, grilled corn skewers, just some of the signature dishes on the table. To refresh your palate, we offer a tangy and cooling Kachi Keri Ka Sharbat, made from raw mangoes.
