AnnaMaya at Andaz Delhi hosts a Malaysian Pop-Up Menu Taste of Malaysia 2

The Taste of Malaysia pop-up menu offers an immersive culinary journey through signature dishes prepared with authentic techniques and the finest ingredients. One of the menu’s highlights is Penang Char Kuey Teow, a wok-fried rice noodle dish featuring squid, cockles, prawns, beansprouts, chives, chilli, and soy sauce. This iconic dish hails from Penang, a city renowned for its irresistible char Kuey Teow, which is always at the top of every food lover’s list when visiting. Another standout is the Rendang Kambing, Pulut Kuning, a rich and flavourful braised Australian grass-fed lamb dish, spiced with chilli, turmeric, and galangal, served with turmeric-infused glutinous rice. The Kaki Ayam Percik Kelantan brings the char-grilled boneless leg of cage-free chicken, marinated in turmeric, galangal, and coconut milk. This dish, with its aromatic sauce splashed over the chicken, originates from Kelantan and carries the irresistible fragrances of Malaysian street food, often found wafting over street markets and hawker centres across the country. Lastly, the Cucur Udang Kuah Cili Manis offers crispy prawn fritters paired with bean sprouts, chives, carrots, onions, and sweet chilli sauce, bringing together the perfect balance of crunch and spice.
