Led by Chef Saroj, the menu unfolds as a thoughtful exploration of textures, traditions, and slow-cooked comfort. Highlights include the nutrient-forward Vegetable Steamer Stew, gently prepared to retain its natural depth of flavour; the much-loved Paya Stew paired with delicate sheermal; Kerala’s fragrant Kozhi Stew served with lace-like string hoppers; the soulful Brown Stew Chicken, a Caribbean favourite simmered in a caramelised gravy with rice and peas; and the robust Xi’an-style Beef & Radish Stew, celebrated for its hearty character and warming spice profile.
