Mumbai, 25th May 2025: This season, Prego at The Westin Mumbai Garden City invites guests on a delectable voyage with its all-new Pizza Tasting Tour — a bold, imaginative celebration of global flavours, all served atop handcrafted, thin-crust perfection.

Each pizza on this limited-time menu has been thoughtfully created to showcase the rich diversity of culinary traditions from across the world — reinterpreted with Italian finesse and Prego’s signature flair. Guests can customise their experience further by choosing from a selection of base options: multigrain for a nutty, wholesome crunch; gluten-free for a light yet indulgent slice; classic refined flour for that true Italian crisp; or whole wheat for a hearty, earthy bite.

The journey begins in the Mediterranean, where the Pizzz Hummus Mediterraneo Caprese offers a plant-based take on a beloved classic, blending basil pesto hummus, marinated olives and cherry tomatoes. It then travels to South America with the Pizza Peruvian Aji Verde — a lively union of Aji Verde sauce, grilled corn, charred peppers, and cilantro crema. From tropical islands comes the sweet-savory harmony of the Tropical Coconut and Pineapple Pizza, where coconut cream, caramelised pineapple, mascarpone mousse and toasted coconut bring sunshine to your plate.

Further east, the Pizza Tokyo Miso and Mushroom introduces a Japanese-Italian fusion with an umami-rich white miso cream base, wild mushrooms, scallions and toasted sesame. The Pizza Mexican Picante fires up the senses with spiced chicken mince, jalapeños, black beans, and a cool touch of sour cream. Middle Eastern inspiration arrives in the form of Pizza Lamb Kofta and Labneh — featuring spiced lamb koftas, creamy labneh, za’atar, pomegranate pearls and coriander.

For those craving bolder flavours, the Pizza Pork Harissa and Feta presents a North African twist with slow-roasted pork belly, harissa paste, and feta. Seafood lovers can indulge in the Pizza Gamberoni Alla Griglia, a vibrant creation of chargrilled prawns with chili-lemon dressing and mozzarella. And for a final touch of indulgence, the Russian Tsar’s Delight Pizza redefines luxury with smoked salmon, caviar, and a whisper of lemon-infused oil.
