Azerai Resorts in Vietnam Announces Festive Season Offerings

• Guests in Hue and Ke Ga Bay are invited to celebrate Christmas and New Year in style

KE GA BAY, Vietnam (Nov. 18, 2025) – Azerai Resorts in Vietnam invites guests to celebrate the 2025 festive season with a vibrant line-up of family-friendly activities, elevated dining experiences and exclusive wellness offerings.

Azerai Ke Ga Bay, an all-suites-and-villas oceanfront resort in southern Vietnam that was recently awarded a prestigious MICHELIN Key, and Azerai La Residence, Hue, a heritage hotel in the former Imperial capital that Travel + Leisure honored as one of Vietnam’s best upcountry hotels, are set to usher in a memorable holiday season.

Highlights from the hotels’ festive season programs include:

AZERAI KE GA BAY

On Christmas Eve, guests can enjoy a special afternoon tea where children decorate their own cupcakes, followed by pre-dinner cocktails and canapés at the Garden Lounge. Festive dining on Christmas Eve offers a BBQ with live music at the Terrace Restaurant.

Christmas morning begins with a special breakfast featuring Virgin Bloody Marys, after which Santa Claus arrives with gifts for children. Then it’s time to enjoy games at the Sports House, including a Christmas candy-cane relay, ball toss, sandbag toss and more. Activities resume in the afternoon as guests are invited to join in a pass-the-gift game with fellow visitors and take on the challenge of an energetic beach dodgeball session to build an appetite for dinner. Guests wishing to have a truly special dining experience can choose to enjoy a Western set-menu dining at the oceanside terrace. This experience is limited to six tables only, so advance reservations are required.

New Year’s Eve features a children’s surfing lesson for ages 9-12 and an opportunity for young guests to discover and practice a traditional dragon dance as well as compete in a sandcastle-building competition. New Year’s Eve also includes a special afternoon tea, pre-dinner cocktails and canapés at the sunken lounge, a Western set-menu dinner with live entertainment, pre-New Year cocktails and snacks, a midnight countdown to 2026 with sparkling wine, and live entertainment into the early hours.

New Year’s Day kicks off with a wholesome breakfast inclusive of a Virgin Mimosa mocktail, followed by a dragon dance at the pool terrace, a New Year lunch buffet, a distinctive afternoon tea, and semi-private BBQ dining by the infinity pool. The day also includes a children’s bodyboarding lesson, a creative session where children can draw their own New Year greeting cards, and an afternoon dedicated to making and flying traditional Vietnamese kites.

The program concludes on Jan. 2 with a children’s kayaking lesson, a lively game of musical chairs, and frisbee toss.

Every weekend throughout the holiday season, a live cocktail station will operate at the resort’s sunken lounge overlooking the sea.

AZERAI LA RESIDENCE, HUE

The holiday festivities at Azerai La Residence, Hue kick off on Dec. 11 with a Christmas tree and house lighting ceremony in the hotel lobby. Guests can sip sparkling cocktails and eat light snacks at the lobby bar, then move to Le Parfum for dinner accompanied by the sounds of a live piano. From Dec. 11 to Jan. 11, Le Parfum will serve a Festive Special Set Menu bursting with seasonal flavors, while weekend mornings feature an expanded Festive Buffet Breakfast perfect for family gatherings.

Christmas Eve begins with cocktails, carols by the Friends of Hue Choir, and an appearance by Santa Claus at the lobby lounge. A gala dinner at Le Parfum is served while a trio of piano, cello and violin perfume gentle tunes. The meal includes salad and appetizer stations, two delicious soups, two signature mains plated tableside, and a decadent dessert-and-cheese station.

On Christmas morning guests are offered a complimentary limousine transfer to Phu Cam Cathedral for Mass (reservations required). Afternoon brings a special tea buffet in the lobby lounge, followed by a calligraphy and painting class where kids can create festive fans and cards under the tutelage of Hue master Mr. Ke. The classes are free for in-house guests.

New Year’s Eve features cocktails, DJ beats, and a lucky dragon dance at the lobby lounge. A gala dinner at Le Parfum is accompanied by the sounds of piano and violin. Midnight returns to the lounge for a sparkling countdown and toasts to the New Year.

New Year’s Day welcomes guests to a Hue-inspired afternoon tea of local delicacies and French pastries beside the river. Celebrated local florist Ms. Ly will teach flower arranging while Mr. Ke guides New Year card painting—again complimentary for in-house guests.

Throughout the festive season, the Charity Corner at the hotel displays exquisite handicrafts from the Hope Center, supporting artisans with disabilities. On Jan. 15, the hotel team and guests will hand-deliver all proceeds plus an additional gift for the center.

The hotel’s two-night Festive Season Package (Dec. 1–Jan. 11) includes a Superior River View Room with daily breakfast for two, one-way Phu Bai Airport transfer, signature cocktails, and a romantic Festive Set Dinner. Gala dinners on Dec. 24 and 31 are compulsory add-ons.

Azerai La Residence, Hue, with 122 rooms and suites, is centered on a colonial mansion that was built in 1930 as part of the residence of the French Resident Superieur. The mansion’s distinctive façade, including its long horizontal lines and nautical flourishes, are hallmarks of the streamline moderne school of art deco architecture.
