The festival pays tribute to the rich culinary legacy of Lucknow, offering guests an authentic taste of Awadhi royal cuisine. Inspired by the refined food traditions developed under the patronage of the Nawabs of Awadh, Chakhlo Zaika brings alive the elegance, subtle flavours, and slow-cooked artistry that define Lucknowi cuisine.

Adding to the experience is a thoughtfully curated decor concept themed “Savouring the Royal Flavours of Awadh.” Guests will be welcomed through a themed archway and adorned passages, complemented by artistic cut-outs of iconic Lucknow monuments such as Bara Imambara, Rumi Darwaza, and Chota Imambara, creating a regal and immersive ambience.

The festival menu showcases a delectable spread of authentic Awadhi delicacies. Guests can savour signature dishes such as Galouti Kebabs, Kakori Kebabs, Lucknowi Dum Biryani, Nihari, and indulge their sweet tooth with classic desserts like Shahi Tukda and Sheer Khurma, among several other regional specialties.
