Adding to its appeal, WBG presents one of the city’s most extensive gin collections with 44 labels and more on the horizon. The selection spans leading gin-producing regions including the British Isles, the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, East Asia and Indian labels. Its dedicated gin cocktail programme features signatures including Amla Pikante, Garden in City, Green Spell, Herbaceous and the customizable “Your Way G&T.” These cocktails draw on herbs cultivated in WBG’s own Gin garden, which serves as the bar’s in-house source of fresh botanicals.
“This launch is my creative spirit on the plate,” shares Chef Meghana. “It’s a reflection of everything that has shaped me, my influences, my memories, and my belief that food should bring joy and connection.”
Guests can expect highlights such as the Spiced Apple and Prawn Crostini , Pav Bhaji Fondue, and Mahi Tikka infused with Kasundi and Lemongrass. The Chicken Demi Poulet paired with the Blue cheese and Truffle Kulcha lends a sophisticated dimension to the grill selection, while desserts like Treasure of the Cholas add a memorable finish.
