Bong Connection Extends Festive Flavours Beyond Durga Puja at DYN

As the city winds down from the grandeur of Durga Puja, Bong Connection at DYN, Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks, extends the celebration with a feast that carries forward festive traditions, joy, and reverence. The spread is designed as a journey through flavours that are both nostalgic and celebratory, reflecting the season’s spirit of togetherness.

Bengali festivities begin on a sweet note, so start at the Pithe and Mishti counter, where sweets are rolled and plated live, evoking the joy of family kitchens during special occasions. From there, the trail moves to Fish Tales, where mustard hilsa, kosha mach, and other regional favourites pay homage to Bengal’s enduring love for fish. At the Street Adda, phuchka, jhalmuri, and crisp telebhaja recreate the atmosphere of Kolkata’s lively corners. The Biryani and Kosha station brings the meal to a hearty close with the comforting pairing of slow-cooked Kosha mangsho and fragrant Kolkata Biryani.
