“Durga Pujo is not just a festival, it’s an emotion that unites people across the world. With Anondo Bhog, we are proud to recreate the nostalgia of Pujo for our guests and bring alive the cultural flavours of Bengal here in Hyderabad. It’s a delightful coincidence that both our Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager are from Kolkata, making this curation all the more authentic and a feast to cherish.” said Abhishekh Menon, General Manager, highlighting the true essence of the festival.

Executive Chef Bhaskar Sankhari added, “As a Bengali, food is an integral part of my Pujo memories. This menu reflects authentic recipes and festive favourites that every Bengali family treasures during this time of the year.”
