This exclusive experience, in collaboration with Sharan and Bliss By Anju, reimagines Punjabi classics with a modern, health-conscious twist, offering an oil-free, dairy-free, and refined flour-free menu rooted in whole-food, plant-based nutrition.

Baisakhi, a festival of abundance and gratitude, is traditionally celebrated with rich, indulgent meals. However, ‘Aayi Baisakhi’ seeks to preserve these cherished flavors while aligning with a more conscious and sustainable way of eating. Backed by extensive research, a whole-food, plant-based diet has been shown to promote overall well-being, aiding in the prevention and even reversal of lifestyle-related ailments.

At this immersive experience, guests will witness a live cooking demonstration where expert chefs will transform time-honored Punjabi favorites into nourishing yet delicious creations—Pindi Chole, Pista Kulfi, Rabri, and Kesar Mango Shrikhand—each crafted using simple, home-friendly recipes.
