From January 28th to February 5th, indulge in an exclusive à la carte menu specially curated for the festive season. Highlights of the menu include starters like Gluten with Mixed Mushrooms Shanghai Style and Marinated Lamb with Chilly Oil. Main course delights range from Gong Bao Prawns with Cashew Nuts to Stir-Fried Chinese Cabbage with Glass Noodles. For noodle lovers, the Da Lu Mian Homemade Noodles come in variations like Vegetable, Chicken, Prawn, and more. End your meal on a sweet note with desserts like Sweet Sticky Rice and Fried Sesame Gluten Dumplings.
The menu has been meticulously crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Liang, a culinary maestro from Beijing. Chef Liang is celebrated for curating the finest Chinese delicacies and has been an integral part of Yi Jing since its inception.
