Coriander Kitchen at Conrad Pune invites you on a culinary journey to the heart of Lucknow, the land of Nawabs, with a special showcase of Chef Husban Qureshi’s celebrateAwadhi cuisine from 13th to 22nd June. This soulful dining experience brings to life Chef Husban’s signature home-style recipes, deeply rooted in the rich traditions of Lucknow’s royal kitchens. Set in the refined ambiance of Coriander Kitchen, prepare to savour timeless Awadhi flavours crafted with authenticity and care.

Renowned for his mastery of Nawabi cuisine, Chef Husban recreates royal heritage dishes using traditional spices and age-old techniques. A standout from the menu is his legendary Gosht Kakori, a delicately minced lamb delicacy, infused with hand-ground spices and slow-roasted to melt-in-the-mouth perfection. Experience the charm, richness, and finesse of Awadhi cuisine like never before, only at Conrad Pune.

The Modern Peshwas - Experiential Dining and a Culinary Journey (13th June – 13th July)

As part of The Art of Experiential Dining under Conrad Curates, Conrad Pune presents a limited-edition menu - The Modern Peshwa, a culinary showcase that blends heritage with contemporary sophistication at the rooftop – Al Di La. Curated in collaboration with Executive Chef Pradeep Rao and culinary historian Anoothi Vishal, this month-long celebration offers a fresh perspective on Peshwai cuisine, deeply rooted in tradition yet thoughtfully crafted for today’s discerning palate. Each dish tells a story, blending bold flavours with elegant presentation and honouring the rich Maratha legacy through a modern lens.

Savour local tales from Pune’s Camp area with dishes like Vegetable Dhansak Tortellini and Pulled Mutton Dhansak Raviolo, both elevated with burnt pine nut butter and parmesan foam. A refreshing Aamras-Elaichi Sorbet sets the stage for the grand finale, the Peshwai Plate, a luxurious spread featuring Bharli Vangi, Kothimbir Wadi, Indrani Rice, and Bhakri.
