Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt embraces this festive spirit with its exclusive Lohri brunch on Sunday, 12th January. The brunch will feature delicious appetisers, mains and desserts each expertly crafted to showcase the rich, authentic flavours of the season, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Celebrate the season with dishes crafted to evoke the comfort and joy of togetherness. The curated menu features favorites such as Sarson ki Macchli ka Tikka, Mutton Chapli Kebab, perfectly spiced for a warm winter indulgence, and the hearty Adani Paneer Tikka Masala, offering a rich, comforting blend of flavours.

Vegetarian classics such as Sarso ka Saag & Makki ki Roti and Cholley Bhature add to the celebratory spread, while the live trolley service showcases the grand Sikandari Raan. No celebration is complete without indulgent desserts, and this Lohri brunch promises sweet creations to remember. Relish the Ghevar Tiramisu, blending mascarpone cream, coffee, and crisp Ghevar, or the Anjeer & Chocolate Petit, where 54% dark chocolate cream meets fig jam. Enjoy the playful take on laddoo flavours with the MotiChoor Cheesecake , and the elegant Pistachio Opera with its layers of sponge and pistachio ganache.
