 Set against the stylish and inviting ambience of Dragonfly, the festival menu pays homage to classic Chinese culinary artistry through a selection of live hot pots, flame-grilled Asian BBQ, sizzling platters and indulgent desserts. Each dish is meticulously designed to offer guests a harmonious balance of texture, aroma and flavour, staying true to time-honored cooking techniques and festive dining traditions.

 With the Curated Hot Pot Collection, guests can indulge in soulful preparations such as the flavour-packed Sichuan Garden Vegetable Hot Pot, the delicate and comforting Forest Mushroom and Bok Choy Clear Hot Pot, and non-vegetarian options such as the hearty Traditional Chicken and Napa Cabbage Hot Pot, and the luxurious Premium Seafood Hot Pot infused with Ginger Essence, each offering a wholesome and interactive dining experience.

 Adding to the celebration is the Signature BBQ Grill Selection, featuring expertly marinated and flame-kissed delicacies that bring bold Asian flavours to the forefront.
