The specially curated Onam Sadhya showcases Kerala’s most beloved flavours, featuring classics such as Avial, Olan, Kootu Curry, Erussery, Thakkali Rasam, and Murungakai Sambar, paired with aromatic Kuthari Choru, Crisp Pappadam, and delightful crunchy indulgences like Kaya Varuthathu and Sharkara Upperi. Each dish is a tribute to Kerala’s culinary artistry – a harmony of spice, aroma, and texture.
