On April 13th, guests can indulge in a specially curated Sunday Brunch featuring a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The highlight of the spread includes Chingri Macher Malaikari and Tangra-style Chilli Chicken. Other standout dishes include Echorer Dalna, Kachalanka Murgi, Vegetable Cutlet, Kasundi Paneer Tikka, and Mutton Sheek Kebab. On April 15th, the festivities continue with a delightful set menu for the day, along with a grand Poila Boishakh Buffet Dinner.The set menu features an exquisite selection of traditional Bengali favorites, including Bagun Sundari, Posto Bora, Chingrir Chop, Basanti Pulao, Gandharaj Paneer, Luchi with Aloo Dum, Chicken Duckbanglo, Kosha Mangsho, and Katla Macher Kaliya. To complement these savory delights, there will be classic accompaniments like Tomato Chutney and Aamsatter Chutney, followed by indulgent desserts such as Mishti Doi and Rasgulla. The buffet dinner presents an opulent celebration of Bengali cuisine. Guests can relish an array of mouthwatering delicacies, including Beetroot and Kacha Kalar Chop, Kolkata Fish Fry, Mangsher Jhol, Roi Sorse Bata, Doi Murgi, Bengali Fried Rice, Potholer Dalma, and Mouri Paneer.
