December 2024: Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road invites guests to embark on a flavorful journey through Andhra Pradesh with the Andhra Food Festival at its renowned Indian restaurant, Saffron.

Chef Muni Chandrudu's culinary vision and expertise play a pivotal role in curating the menu for the Andhra Food Festival at Saffron, ensuring an authentic representation of the region's rich culinary heritage. His deep knowledge of Andhra and coastal cuisines adds a personal touch to the festival's offerings, promising a memorable dining experience.
 
The festival begins with refreshing drinks like masala buttermilk and tender coconut water, followed by soul-soothing soups such as Mulakada Pappu Charu and Paya Soup. Appetizers include Guntur Mirapakai Kodi and Vanjaram Tawa Fish Fry for non-vegetarians, while vegetarians can enjoy Miryalu Putta Godugulu and Hyderabadi Paneer 65. The main course features rich flavors with dishes like Gongura Mamsam, Nellore Chapala Pulusu, and Andhra Kodi Kura, alongside vegetarian options such as Nilgiri Vegetable Kurma, Gutti Vankaya Kura, and Tomato Mudda Pappu. These are paired with Rayalaseema Vegetable Biryani, plain rice, and a selection of Indian breads. The meal concludes with traditional desserts like Qubani Ka Mitha, Kakinada Madatha Khaza, and Badam Halwa.
 
From December 13th to 20th, 2024, the festival will feature an exclusive set menu, available only for dinner from Monday to Saturday from 6:30PM to 10:30PM and on Sunday from 12:30PM to 2:30PM for lunch and 6:30PM to 10:30PM for dinner offering an authentic culinary experience steeped in tradition, priced at INR 2199 plus taxes per person.
