At b Café, A Festive Christmas Feast promises a global celebration of flavours. Guests can indulge in a lavish spread featuring vibrant seafood on ice, rich charcuterie, Arabic mezze, and live carving stations with suckling pig and roasted turkey. The buffet also showcases Indian, Asian, and Western favourites, along with festive delights like pumpkin pie, truffle mashed potatoes, and classic plum cake.

Caprese brings Italian elegance to the table with a luxurious four-course dinner inspired by the regions of Sicily, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, and Sardinia. The menu features gnocco fritto with bocconcini mousse, tuna tartare or arugula salad, squid ink troccoli or truffled black rice risotto, and mains such as spinach butter fettuccini, sea bass with saffron butter. 

As the night begins, a live vocalist fills the space with timeless Christmas tunes, creating a warm, welcoming ambience. Like an Italian holiday celebration, complete with authentic seasonal spirit.

At Shang Palace, guests can savour an exclusive four-course dinner celebrating authentic Chinese flavours. The evening begins with savoury appetisers and delicate dim sum, followed by signature dishes such as Kung Pao Chicken and Deep-Fried Sea Bass, ending on a sweet note with a decadent dessert.

For those seeking a tranquil, refined experience, Yataii presents an elegant Japanese dining affair. Guests can enjoy an Ikebana-inspired amuse bouche, carpaccio, and tempura, followed by signature sushi, teppanyaki, and miso cod. The evening concludes with petit fours including Japanese cheesecake, matcha swiss roll, and warabi mochi.

Christmas Day Brunch

At b Café, the Christmas Day Brunch brings together the comforting flavours of the season in a festive, family-friendly celebration. Guests can enjoy a lavish spread featuring vibrant seafood on ice, hearty global favourites, live carving stations, and a selection of handcrafted festive desserts. From traditional holiday classics to b Café’s signature international dishes, the brunch promises a warm and indulgent Christmas experience. 

Elevating the celebration, a live musical duo will weave festive melodies and familiar Christmas classics through the afternoon, filling the space with warmth, and a vibrant holiday spirit, an unforgettable way to spend the day.
