The food festival is inspired by the spirit of Karaga, one of Karnataka’s oldest and most iconic festivals. Celebrated with great devotion and energy in Bengaluru, Karaga honours tradition, strength, and community. In this spirit, Indigenous Naati Reflections brings together authentic flavours that are deeply rooted in the region’s cultural and culinary traditions.

Guests can enjoy beloved staples such as Chickpet Donne Biryani, Ragi Mudde, Nati Koli Saaru, and more. Carefully curated by our expert chefs, each dish brings out the earthy essence and robust taste of Karnataka’s traditional kitchens, promising a dining experience that is both nostalgic and soul-satisfying.
