The carefully designed menu will be served during lunch (12:00 PM to 3:00 PM) and dinner (7:00 PM to 11:30 PM), offering a true taste of this cherished festival.

The main course showcases festive specialties such as Vazhakkai Kootu (raw banana preparation), Karamani Poriyal (long bean stir fry), and Ezhudhan Curry (seven vegetable medley), served alongside Appam, Kal Dosa, Poori, and flavorful rice dishes like Paruppu Sadam and Paruppu Kadiyal with ghee. The celebration is completed with the festival’s signature sweet Pongal preparations.
