September 2025, New Delhi: Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt, India’s first luxury lifestyle hotel, invites guests to celebrate the spirit of Navratri with an exclusive Navratri Thali, curated by Chef Maharaj for the 9th consecutive year. It is a much-awaited tradition at AnnaMaya, the hotel’s modern food hall, and this thali has become a festive signature that regular guests look forward to each year.

Available from 22nd September to 2nd October 2025, this year’s edition is a thoughtful mix of all-time favourites and new introductions, making it both a celebration of legacy and a taste of freshness.

The experience begins with light and refreshing starters: a creamy Meethi Lassi, tangy Falhari Shakarkandi Ki Chaat, and delicate Sabudana Papad, alongside this year’s new additions, crunchy Bhuna Makhana with a smoky edge and a crisp Quinoa Salad.

The main course is a vibrant, satvik feast. Returning favourites like the comforting Kadhi Pakora, homestyle Aloo Ki Subzi, and the sweet-tart Petha Ki Khatti Meethi Subzi are joined by rich and aromatic Shahi Paneer, simmered with cashew, cardamom, and cinnamon. Traditional staples such as Sabudana Khichdi, Samak Chawal, and perfectly puffed Kuttu Ki Poori complete the thali, ensuring both nostalgia and indulgence.

The finale is indulgent yet mindful. A platter of fresh fruits with papaya, watermelon, and pineapple keeps things vibrant, while this year’s new highlight, a decadent Mewa Ka Halwa enriched with pistachios, almonds, cashews, and dates, brings the true festive sweetness to the experience.

Speaking about the tradition, Chef Maharaj, the creator of this iconic thali, shares: “For me, the Navratri Thali is not just a thali, it’s an emotion. For nine years now, I’ve had the privilege of bringing this festive tradition to our guests, and each year I strive to balance the comfort of familiar flavours with the excitement of new dishes. Seeing families return every Navratri for this thali is the biggest reward for me.”

Adding to this, Executive Chef Matteo Fracalossi of Andaz Delhi shared “The Navratri Thali at AnnaMaya is more than just a festive offering. It has become a true Andaz signature. It reflects who we are as a brand: rooted in tradition, but always open to innovation. This year, we’ve stayed true to satvik principles while introducing new favourites that complement the classics, creating a balance that speaks to both nostalgia and discovery.”

Prepared with utmost care by Chef Maharaja at AnnaMaya, Andaz Delhi, this thali embodies the essence of Navratri: purity, indulgence, and joy. It’s a festive legacy reimagined every year with Andaz flair.

Priced at INR 2000++ per person, the Navratri Thali will be served daily for both lunch and dinner from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM at AnnaMaya, Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt.
