From the tangy Pulissery and spicy Inji Curry, to the comforting Avial, Kaalan, Olan, paired with classics like Sambar, Rasam and crispy Pappadam, every dish is crafted with love and seasoned with the warmth of tradition. To complete the experience, relish traditional desserts including the much-loved Palada Pradhaman and Parippu Payasam.
