The menu opens with the traditional centrepiece: a Roast Turkey basted with sage butter and served with a cranberry–orange relish and a silky, slowly reduced pan jus that enhances its depth and succulence. Complementing it is the Maple-Glazed Ham, offering a balanced sweetness, paired with a clove-spiced pineapple chutney that introduces a gentle, aromatic lift.

The Cheese Wheel Pasta Station brings a touch of indulgence, where freshly cooked pasta is finished in either a rich Truffle Cream or a subtly spiced Pumpkin Alfredo, both preparations being comforting, generous, and full of flavour.

A selection of seasonal sides, including maple-glazed carrots, roasted Brussels sprouts, and other thoughtfully prepared accompaniments complete the table with well-rounded flavours that complement the main courses without overpowering them.
