The experience opens with dates and chilled pours of Jallab and Rooh Afza, a familiar beginning that eases into a procession of crisp samosas, smoky kebabs and golden falafel. From there, the table grows richer, a fragrant Lamb Biryani layered with spice, a slow-cooked Chicken Tagine steeped in warmth, generous mezze designed for sharing, and lentil soups that bring depth to the spread.
