The Onam Sadhya unfolds across a traditional banana leaf, beginning with the tangy sharpness of Puli Inchi and homemade pickles, moving into comforting staples like Koottu CurrySambar, and Pulissery, before opening into nutrient-filled delicacies like OlanAvial, crisp banana chips, and golden Sarkara Upperi. Each dish, from the humble Cabbage Thoran to the festive Ada Pradhaman payasam, is a reflection of Kerala’s bounty envelopes in coconut, jaggery, and love.

The air carries the fragrance of curry leaves tempered in coconut oil, the sound of papadams crackling, and payasam being slurped, symbolising prosperity and togetherness. Every mouthful, transports you to the courtyards of Kerala homes, surrounded by shimmering rainwater puddles and festive choirs fill the air.
