Chef Sweety Singh Brings the True Essence of Punjab to MoMo Café, Mumbai

Mumbai, February 23rd, 2026: Inspired by the bold flavours from heartlands of Punjab, Sweety Da Swad brings together the warmth, generosity and indulgence of Punjabi comfort food, thoughtfully curated by Chef Sweety Singh. The experience unfolds over dinner from 20 February to 1 March, between 7:00 pm and 11:00 pm, and returns for The Brunch Society — Sweety Da Swad Edition on 22 February and 1 March, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, where guests can savour the curated menu, offering a complete Punjabi spread whether enjoyed over a lively evening meal or a relaxed afternoon brunch.

Bringing authentic Punjabi flavours to the table, these handpicked dishes are bold, indulgent and comforting. Guests can begin with Dilli 6 Aloo Tikki, crisp on the outside and soft at heart, before exploring deeper, richer flavours with dishes like Lasooni Bekti with mandi garlic and sirka pyaaz, and the indulgent Tandoori Bharwan Gucchi, roasted with Kashmiri khubani and walnut kernels. The mains bring generous Punjabi flair, from Sweety Singh’s Makhanwalla Kukkad finished with organic white makhan to the soulful Dhaba Wala Palak Kofta made with kalmi spinach and paneer. Earthy notes shine through in Masala Khumbh with Zaffrani Paratha, while classics like Dal-e-Shahi paired with Truffle Cheese Kulcha add a contemporary, indulgent touch. Guests can round off their meal with Mango Panjiri, crafted using Ratnagiri Alphonso and traditional Kada Panjiri — rich, nostalgic and deeply satisfying.
