At Madras Kitchen Company (MKC), this culinary legacy is thoughtfully paired with wine in a Chef’s Degustation & Wine experience that celebrates the evolution of Madras cuisine through flavour, balance and harmony.

The journey opens with NavadhaniyaSundal, a symbolic medley of nine grains drawn from temple traditions, delicately paired with wines that highlight its earthy notes. Comfort follows with Aattu Kaal Soup, its slow-simmered depth complemented by carefully selected pours that enhance warmth and richness.

At the heart of the experience lies the MKC Signature Chekku Nallennei Chicken, where stone-pressed sesame oil and robust spices meet wine pairings chosen to balance intensity and depth. A nod to Madras’ openness to culinary influences appears with Dal Bati Churma, matched with wines that mirror its rustic charm and celebratory spirit.

Coastal flavors shine through Kappa Meen Curry, paired with wines that cut through spice and accentuate the freshness of the sea. The experience concludes with a refined Valrhona Dessert, accompanied by a final pour that brings sweetness, elegance and closure to the journey.
