From 17th February to 3rd March 2026, the restaurant presents a specially curated seven-course set menu that brings together symbolic dishes associated with prosperity, longevity, and good fortune. The menu features handcrafted dumplings, Honey Chilli Lotus Stem, Sichuan Spicy Chicken, Wonton Kaffir Lime Soup, Kung Pao Chicken, and Sichuan Garlic Prawns, followed by Smoked Fried Rice and traditional New Year Festival Noodles. Desserts such as Mango Coconut Sago and Banana Fritters with Coconut Ice Cream conclude the experience.
Designed for shared dining, the Spring Jade Festival menu reflects the spirit of reunion and renewal that defines the Lunar New Year, offering guests an authentic and thoughtfully composed celebration at the table.
