• Arancini Au Jambon & Fromage, crisp golden bites with a warm cheese-and-ham centre subtly seasoned for winter comfort. 

• The Avocado Berry Tartine pairs buttery has avocados with fresh berries for a light festive lift

• Paella de la Mer shines with saffron pearl rice, seasonal shellfish, and a bright citrus herb emulsion. 

• The Mezzeluna de Canard Confit encloses tender duck confit in delicate pasta with brown butter, sage, and morel jus

• Roulade de Dinde d’Hiver completes the feast with a classic turkey roulade, winter vegetables, and a warm, spiced vin brulé glaze.

• Panna Cotta à la Fraise offers soft, silky sweetness brightened by fresh strawberries, 

• Gâteau Noël brings timeless Christmas tradition through its rich mix of dried fruits, nuts, citrus peel, and a subtle hint of festive spirit.

• Ringing Bells - Brandy shaken with strawberry cordial and layered bitters, creating a rich, ruby-toned sip that feels warm and celebratory.

• Plum Cake Fashioned - A nostalgic twist with whisky, chocolate bitters, and real plum cake, offering a cosy, dessert-like richness perfect for winter nights.

• Gingerbread White Russian - A velvety blend of vodka, Kahlúa, and fresh cream infused with ginger and cinnamon, finished with a shimmering cinnamon-sugar rim.
