Hailed as creative trailblazers in modern mixology, these two bars are known for pushing boundaries with their innovative approach to flavour, storytelling, and technique. For one night only, their expert mixologists will take over the bar at Uno Izakaya, crafting a menu that celebrates Thai heritage with a bold, contemporary twist. The team is bringing a curated selection of signature drinks like Suspicious Tea, Angst of a Generation and Flower Power.
