21st, January 2026: In a heartfelt tribute to the courage, legacy, and diversity of India’s armed forces, Conrad Bengaluru invites diners to experience Braveheart Brunch, an exclusive culinary showcase inspired by the rich regimental cuisines of the Indian Army. Hosted at Caraway Kitchen, the special brunch will take place on 25th and 26th January 2026, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
Braveheart Brunch offers an authentic gastronomic journey through India’s military heritage, drawing inspiration from time-honored recipes archived by the Army Supply Corps Centre and College, Bengaluru. Each dish on the menu pays homage to the unique culinary traditions of various regiments that have played a pivotal role in protecting the nation’s borders.
Guests can savor regional specialties such as Ladhaki Thukpa inspired by the Ladakh Regiment, Kanyakumari Fish Curry from the Madras Regiment, Aloo ke Gutke representing the Garhwal Regiment, and the classic Puran Poli from the Maratha Regiment, each dish narrating a story of culture, resilience, and pride.
Adding to the celebratory spirit, the brunch will feature tricolor-inspired mocktails and cocktails, along with live music, creating a warm and immersive dining experience for families and guests.
