Curated by Chef Rizwaan Qureshi, The Peshawar chapter draws from generations of culinary practice, bringing these principles to life through a menu that values depth, balance and restraint. Each dish on the menu unfolds gently on the palate, revealing layers of flavours that feel both comforting and profound.

From the smoky warmth of Murgh Tikka to the soulful richness of Dal-e-Qureshi and delicate balance of Subz Begum Bahar, every preparation reflects a cuisine that understands harmony intuitively.
