This June, Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal is proud to present a special edition of its Sunday brunch—The Conservatory Brunch at The Conservatory, a thoughtfully designed community space nestled in the heart of Bangalore.
Set against the lush, sun-dappled backdrop of The Conservatory’s tranquil ambience, this immersive brunch is a celebration of flavor, artistry, and connection. Curated by Courtyard’s own culinary trailblazers—Chef Dorjee, Chef Manoj, and Chef Ashwani—the menu is a bold reimagination of Continental and Asian classics, crafted with care and elevated by technique.
Guests can expect a journey that begins with a delicate amuse-bouche of steamed edamame with avocado and chilli-garlic oil, before moving into more expressive flavor territories—like morel-stuffed chicken finished with burnt chilli sauce, and open-fire roasted Atlantic salmon. Vegetarians are equally indulged with highlights like Shaoling tofu in mountain virgin sauce and wine, and hand-folded Fresca al Ragu ravioli bathed in a sundried chilli emulsion.
In keeping with Courtyard’s philosophy of surprise and refinement, the meal features a mid-course palate cleanser—Suan, a unique garlic ice cream—and concludes on a luxurious note with an Ecuador-origin single chocolate dessert layered with tamarind, milk, and honey soil.
