Malang-E-Awadh, the Awadhi food festival commences from 8th to 17th of November, 2024 at Malang, the Indian specialty restaurant at Courtyard By Marriott Navi Mumbai.

Chef Shahnawaz hails from the illustrious Qureshi family from Sadar in Lucknow. Since childhood Chef Shahnawaz took keen interest in his family business of meat and learnt various nuances of various types of meats, its cuts and the masalas.

His career spans over 2 decades of experience in the hospitality industry and having worked in some of the most reputed hotels of the like Saffron of J.W. Marriott Juhu, Taj Land’s End, Radisson, Sun-n-Sand and the likes Currently the Chef is based out of Lucknow, working as an Indian MasterChef consultant, carrying forward his family legacy of meat business and specially curated homegrown masala brand the H & S Lucknow Spices.
