Greater Noida, December 2024: Crowne Plaza Greater Noida is proud to announce “A Feast of Shahi Kebab”, an indulgent culinary showcase at its award-winning Indian specialty restaurant, Spice Art. Hosted from 1st to 30th December, 7 PM to 11 PM, this month-long celebration brings together the regal flavours of flame-grilled kebabs and the smooth sophistication of premium whisky.

This unique dining experience features a selection of handcrafted kebab platters paired with curated malts including J&B, Bushmill, Solan Gold, and Jameson, designed to elevate each bite with the perfect sip.

Guests can choose from exquisitely prepared kebab assortments, such as:

• Navratan Kebab: A melt-in-the-mouth cottage cheese and bean curd patty stuffed with garden vegetables and nuts.
• Makai Methi Malai Kebab: A fragrant blend of minced corn and fenugreek, shaped on skewers and char-grilled.
• Paneer ke Sooley: A Rajasthani classic featuring smoked cottage cheese infused with royal spices.

For non-vegetarian lovers, highlights include:

• Afghani Chicken: Creamy, mildly spiced chicken roasted in the tandoor.
• Panchphoran Mahi Tikka: Fish marinated with five Indian spices and slow-cooked to perfection.
• Kakori Kebab: The celebrated Awadhi delicacy of minced mutton enriched with cream and delicate spices.

Kebab platters are available in three indulgent formats—4-kebab platter (8 pcs) at ₹1499+, 6-kebab platter (12 pcs) at ₹2199+, and 8-kebab platter (16 pcs) at ₹2999+, each accompanied by two large servings of premium malts.
