Pune: A celebration of South India’s rich culinary heritage, Dakshin Rasa is set to take place at The Portico, Sayaji Hotel Pune, at Portico from 31st October to 9th November.

The festival will feature a specially curated buffet highlighting traditional South Indian dishes that capture the region’s depth of flavors and diversity of ingredients. Through this festival, the culinary team aims to bring together authentic recipes and regional favorites, offering guests an immersive dining experience inspired by the southern states of India.

Speaking about the festival, Sourabh Choksi, General Manager, Sayaji Hotel Pune, said, “With Dakshin Rasa, we wanted to showcase the depth and diversity of South Indian cuisine.
