From 16th to 31st August, The Hebbal Café will be transformed into a haven of exquisite tastes, offering an extraordinary experience curated by two of the finest chefs.

Crafted by the esteemed Chef Kamal Dorjee, in collaboration with Executive Chef Rajeev Kumar, this festival is a tribute to the rich and diverse flavors of Asia. With 28 years of expertise, Chef Dorjee has designed a menu that honors traditional recipes while infusing them with contemporary flair, creating dishes that celebrate Asia’s vibrant gastronomic heritage.

The festival features a tantalizing array of dishes, including aromatic Taiwan Soup, succulent Kem Hayeng Fish, flavorful Hong Kong Prawns, and zesty Thai Lemon Grass Chicken. Vegetarians can indulge in delights such as Homemade Baby Corn & Water Chestnut and Shoaling Tofu Asparagus. The feast is rounded off with highlights like Yoko Soba Noodles and Steamed Lotus Rice, each dish a testament to the culinary richness of Asia.

To enhance the experience, guests can enjoy a specially crafted Bartender’s Choice Mocktail, perfectly complementing the intricate flavors of the meal. The Asia on the Move-themed Sunday Brunch further encapsulates the spirit of the festival in a vibrant and indulgent setting.
