DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square has announced an elaborate line-up of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day celebrations for 2025, offering a mix of family-centric experiences and adult-exclusive nightlife across multiple venues within the hotel. The programme positions the property as one of the few in the city presenting diverse, theme-led celebrations on the same night, each tailored to a different audience.

For residential guests, the hotel has introduced two distinctly designed stay packages. “Home for the Holidays” offers access to GlassHouse, MyKorner and the Courtyard, along with early check-in, late check-out, a New Year’s Eve gala dinner, New Year’s Day brunch and a wide entertainment line-up that includes children’s activity zones, a movie corner, bouncy setups and curated performances for adults. The evening features a masquerade theme with a live band, dance troupe performance, DJ, dhol and a midnight fireworks display. Dining spans an elaborate buffet at GlassHouse and live counters in the Courtyard, supported by a dedicated, heated kids’ corner at MyKorner.
The second residential experience, “A Vibe for the New Year,” is an adults-only celebration hosted exclusively at Vibe. Built around a Glow-in-the-Dark concept, the event features neon installations, LED panels, an expanded spread of live counters, bar service on MRP, belly-dance performances, a DJ and fireworks at midnight. The hotel has underscored that children will not be permitted for this experience, keeping it focused on nightlife enthusiasts.
Non-residential guests also have two options: a GlassHouse Day Pass that mirrors the dining and entertainment of the main venue with complimentary access for children up to ten years, and a Vibe Night Pass that follows the Glow-in-the-Dark theme with its own entertainment line-up, strictly for adults.
In addition to guest-facing celebrations, the hotel has outlined an internal Staff Celebration Package and a performance-linked incentive structure for its workforce, aligning team engagement with the season’s revenue goals.
“New Year’s Eve is one of the most anticipated moments for our guests, and this year we wanted to build experiences that go beyond a single celebration. By creating multiple themed venues, we’re ensuring that families, couples and party-goers all find a space that feels personal to them. ‘Celebrate Together’ is our way of bringing the city a festive weekend that is memorable, inclusive and full of character.”
Nitin Pathak, the General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square
Operating under the campaign name “Celebrate Together,” the hotel aims to present a city-wide festive environment where gourmet dining, curated entertainment and venue-specific themes come together to offer a distinctive New Year’s Eve experience for 2025
