Curated by the hotel’s expert culinary team, the special menu features a vibrant selection of dishes — from Asian Chaat with Schezwan Dressing to Kung Pao Prawns with Curry Leaves, Mapo Tofu with Indian Spices, and Chilli Basil Fish Curry. To end on a sweet note, desserts such as Jasmine Tea Panna Cotta with Jaggery Drizzle and Chili-Gulkand Ice Cream promise a truly distinctive finish.
