This special dining experience brings the vibrant spirit of the Caribbean to Mumbai, celebrating the bold, tropical, and exotic tastes of sun-kissed islands, rich culinary traditions, and unique ingredients.

Guests can look forward to a lavish buffet that captures the spirit of Caribbean cuisine, featuring signature dishes like smoky and spicy Jerk Chicken, Grilled Fish with tangy Escovitch Sauce, and Cuban Stewed Fish slow-cooked to perfection. The feast continues with comforting Caribbean Roast Chicken, a zesty Shrimp Salad, creamy Roasted Pumpkin Soup, the rich greens of Callaloo Soup, and hearty, spiced Okra Soup. To end on a sweet note, indulgent desserts such as Rum Cake and classic Rice Pudding offer the perfect island-inspired finale.

The lavish Dinner Buffet on May 30th and 31st, is available from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The dinner is priced starting at ₹3000 + taxes per person, inclusive of soft beverages. For those who prefer a daytime feast, a Sunday Brunch awaits on June 1st, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, starting at ₹3300 + taxes per person, also including soft beverages.
