New Delhi, March 2025 – Bringing Kerala’s rich culinary heritage to the heart of the capital, The Leela Palace New Delhi invites connoisseurs and epicureans on a sensory journey like no other. Jamavar, the hotel’s signature fine-dining restaurant, renowned for its timeless elegance and craftsmanship, will host Keraleeyam, an exclusive two-day pop-up on March 22nd and 23rd, 2025.
Crafted in collaboration with The Leela Raviz Ashtamudi, this immersive culinary affair will highlight Kerala’s Gods Own Country’s diverse and unique gastronomic traditions, bringing together the distinct flavors of Royal Travancore, Central Syrian Christian, and Malabar Moplah cuisines. Over two enchanting days, guests will be transported to the lush backwaters of Kerala through an exquisite showcase of authentic flavors, aromas, and traditions.
At the heart of this experience is Ashtamudi Raviz Nirvana, a signature dish that embodies the soul of Kerala’s culinary essence. The specially curated menu will feature both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies, offering a medley of traditional dishes like Kanthari Prawns, Veg Mango Curry, Kanthari Chicken Kuruma, Ashtamudi Fish Mango Curry, Venad Paal Konju, Malabari Biryani, and Mambazha Pulissery. served with Kerala’s iconic breads—appam and Malabar parotta—alongside other specialties. A thoughtfully curated selection of beverages, inspired by Kerala’s indigenous ingredients and spices, will further elevate the dining experience.
