In celebration of holistic well-being, The Westin Mumbai Garden City proudly presents the 8th edition of World Wellness Weekend from September 20th to 22nd, 2024. A three-day immersive experience, this event invites guests to reconnect with their inner selves through a series of thoughtfully curated wellness activities, promoting mental, physical, and emotional well-being. The weekend promises a rejuvenating journey into yoga, meditation, sound healing, and more.

World Wellness Weekend is a global initiative aimed at promoting wellness practices to help individuals lead healthier, happier lives. The Westin Mumbai Garden City is thrilled to be a part of this initiative, offering a space for in-house guests and members to explore their unique wellness paths in a serene environment.

Event Schedule:

Day 1: Friday, September 20th, 2024

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Exercise, Yoga & Meditation (Venue: Splash, 4th Floor)

Begin the weekend with a revitalising morning session that combines physical exercise, calming yoga, and meditation. This session focuses on understanding the body's constitution or Prakriti (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), helping participants gain insight into their unique body type. Learn how balancing your Prakriti can enhance health and protect against ailments.

10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Hyperice Demo

Experience the innovative Hyperice wellness technology, which aids in muscle recovery and mobility improvement.

Day 2: Saturday, September 21st, 2024

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Sound Healing with Tibetan 7 Chakra Healing Bowls (Venue: Splash, 4th Floor)

Harmonise your body and mind through the power of sound healing. Using Tibetan singing bowls that resonate with the 7 chakras, this session aims to balance energy and bring inner peace.

10:30 AM - 11:oo AM: Smoothie-Making Session

Discover the art of blending delicious and nutritious smoothies. Learn from experts Sai & Parag as they share recipes for wholesome drinks that boost energy and well-being.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Massage Workshop

Enjoy a self-massage workshop where participants will learn techniques to relieve head, shoulders, back, hands, and forearms tension.

Day 3: Sunday, September 22nd, 2024

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Aqua Yoga (Venue: Pool, 4th Floor)

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Annamaya Kosha – Cyclic Meditation (CM) for Stress Management & Insomnia (Venue: Splash, 4th Floor)

End the weekend with a soothing meditation session focused on managing stress and combating insomnia. Learn the practice of Annamaya Kosha, a cyclic form of meditation that leads to relaxation and mental clarity.

Throughout the weekend, guests can look forward to revitalising refreshments made from wholesome, natural ingredients that support the body’s wellness journey.
