Jaipur, August 2024: The North Club at Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar unveils its all-new Discovery Menu, offering a curated selection of dishes that celebrate the rich and diverse flavours from the bygone era. The menu brings to life flavors from French Pondicherry, Mughal Rajputana, and Anglo-Indian cuisine with a few glimpses of the Dutch Malabar all presented with the impeccable service and elegance for which The North Club is renowned.

The Discovery Menu at The North Club offers a journey through a variety of culinary traditions. Guests can start with elegant snacks like Fish Orly, a batter-fried fish served with Kasundi mustard and fries, or Kozhi Karuveppilai, a dish featuring chicken with curry leaf, chili, and coconut. For a vegetarian option, there's Kappa Pappadum Pidi, tapioca croquettes with raw onion chutney, and Chakke Ke Kebab, made from washed wheat, chili, yogurt, and kebab masala.

In the Clubhouse Style section, diners can choose from Braised Pork Porchetta, a cured and braised 'Brazilian' pork belly served with lima beans and Dijon maple sauce, Chicken Schnitzel paired with a sweet potato salad and iceberg lettuce, Portobello and Chanterelle Crepes with 'Pignolia' pine nuts and truffle oil, or the vegetarian Dalhousie Chana Dal Ghoogni, a hearty stew of white peas and potatoes served with 'Calcutta' toasted bread.

For hearty appetites, the mains include Railway Mutton Curry, a classic Anglo-Indian lamb and potato stew, and Dak Bunglow Chicken Curry, featuring chicken, potatoes, and egg. Vegetarians can enjoy Saag Paneer paired with blue cheese naan or the Ker Sangri Kofta Curry, dumplings made from ker and sangri in a spicy tomato gravy.

DAK BUNGOW CHICKEN LCURRYStaples include the rich and creamy Dal Maharani served with Kasturi naan, and Gucchi Pulao, a pulao made with Kashmiri forage morels and button mushrooms. For dessert, the Old School Styling section offers choices like Vintage Pineapple Upside Down Cake, caramelized pineapple with berries and cherry, Shahi Tukda, brioche with laccha rabdi and berry compote.
