Next, indulge in the regal allure of Nihari and Taftaan, a dish once reserved as a pre-dawn meal for Mughal emperors. The slow-braised stew, enriched with bone marrow and fragrant spices, pairs exquisitely with the soft, milk-enriched Taftaan, baked to golden perfection.
