Experience the bold, rustic flavors of Gujarat at Sheraton Grand Pune’s Kathiyawadi Food Festival, a five-day celebration of Kathiawar and Kutch cuisine. Curated by Chef Poonam Dedhia, a Mumbai-based culinary expert dedicated to reviving lost Gujarati recipes, this festival offers an authentic and unforgettable dining experience.

Begin your meal with refreshing welcome drinks like Kachi Keri-Phudina-Variyali nu Sharbat and Jamun Shots, followed by a selection of crisp starters such as Patti Bhajiya, Methi Gota, Dudhi-Bhaat na Muthiya, and Panki. The main course offers an array of Kathiawadi specialties, including Lasan-Tameta nu Shaak, Sev Kanda nu Shaak, Bhinda-Vatana ni Curry, and Amreli na Kaju-Ganthiya, accompanied by aromatic dals and kadhi like Kathiyawadi Adad ni Dal, Makai-Lasan ni Kadhi, and Tevati Dal. Enjoy these with traditional breads like Bajri na Rotla, Ghau ni Poori, and Methi na Thepla, alongside the comforting Gujarati Khichdi.

End on a sweet note with desserts like Makhana Kheer, Meethi Boondi, Rose-Badam Kani Mattho, and Gulab Jamun, complemented by Masala Chaas.
