At Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center, the celebrations unfold through two thoughtful experiences: a relaxed, elegant Christmas Eve Dinner and a lively Christmas Day Brunch, both designed to bring people together over flavours that feel festive without being overdone.
On 24 December, Feast hosts an elegant Christmas Eve spread featuring roast turkey with herb jus, winter root vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes, warm spiced chaats, tandoor-grilled kebabs, and Asian woks turning out pepper-garlic stir-fries. Live music and a classic dessert lineup of plum cake, stollen, mince pies, yule logs, and warm Christmas puddings complete the evening.
The festivities continue on 25 December with a spirited brunch across Feast, Inazia, and Plunge. Guests can expect slow-roast lamb, cranberry-glazed chicken, herb-roasted baby potatoes, Asian grills with ginger-soy marinades, freshly rolled sushi, and seasonal Indian favorites. The standout is the city’s largest dessert studio, showcasing plum cakes, brandy-soaked puddings, festive tarts, and global Christmas sweets prepared live. Santa’s visit and interactive culinary counters add a cheerful finish to the holiday afternoon.
