Mumbai, 25th June 2025: At ITC Maratha’s signature all-day dining restaurant, Peshwa Pavilion, culinary heritage takes centre stage with “Flavours of Royalty”, a regal dining experience inspired by the rich, aromatic delicacies of the Nawabs. Set against the elegant backdrop of this iconic Mumbai venue, this special showcase celebrates timeless recipes, slow-cooked traditions, and the refined grandeur of dishes ranging from Haleem, Gosht Biryani, Dal gosht, Murgh Tikka, Qorma to Kaddu ka halwa, and Khubani ka Meetha.

On June 27th and 28th, guests can immerse themselves in an indulgent Dinner Buffet from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm, starting at ₹3000 + taxes per person, inclusive of soft beverages. The menu is thoughtfully curated to reflect the depth and detail that defines royal kitchens, from fragrant biryanis and silken kebabs to velvety qormas and indulgent desserts.

The celebration continues on Sunday, June 29th, with a lavish Brunch between 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm, priced at ₹3300 + taxes per person (with soft beverages). Perfect for a leisurely weekend afternoon, this brunch brings a luxurious spread where tradition meets indulgence.
