Chandigarh, March 24th 2025 - The LaLiT Chandigarh proudly invites you to embark on an exquisite  culinary journey at The Phulkari Festival, a celebration of Punjab's rich heritage and authentic  flavours. Inspired by the traditional art of Phulkari — a vibrant embroidery that weaves stories of  culture and tradition — this festival mirrors the same spirit by offering an immersive experience of  Punjab's culinary legacy. 

Phulkari, meaning 'flower work,' has long been a symbol of celebration and heritage in Punjab. Much  like the intricate patterns of Phulkari that adorn fabric, the festival’s menu is a vibrant tapestry of  flavours, bringing generations-old recipes to life. 

The Phulkari Festival promises to take guests beyond the familiar, offering a curated selection of  Punjabi delicacies that evoke nostalgia and authenticity. While classics like Sarson da Saag and Makki  di Roti hold their rightful place, the festival also brings forth a grand culinary spread including  Amritsari Kulcha, Dal Moge Wali, Masaledar Punjabi Meat Curry, Pedde Wali Lassi and other  treasured recipes that narrate Punjab’s vibrant cultural story.

Guests will indulge in a meticulously crafted four-course set menu featuring: ∙ Soup to tantalize the palate

∙ A Signature Thali comprising eight regional delicacies
