Welcoming the winter season with a celebration of flavours from around the world, Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur, conveniently located in the heart of the city, presents The Great Indian Global Feast, an exclusive food festival curated to offer guests a truly global dining experience infused with Indian warmth and hospitality.
Thoughtfully curated by Chef Abhishek Madaan, the festival brings together a diverse selection of international and Indian dishes inspired by guest favourites, while also introducing signature specialties from different culinary cultures. The menu reflects a harmonious blend of comfort, tradition, and global gastronomy.
The festival opens with an enticing soup selection featuring France’s classic French Onion Soup, Thailand’s bold and aromatic Tom Yum Soup, and the traditional Indian winter delicacy Bajre ki Raab. The main course takes diners on a gastronomic journey across continents with highlights such as Risotto alla Milanese from Italy, Frijoles y Chorizo from Mexico, Germany’s traditional Sauerbraten, Sweden’s iconic Meatballs, Lebanon’s Malfouf, and the much-loved Indian winter staple Sarson ka Saag.
The indulgence continues with a decadent dessert spread showcasing Germany’s Apple Cake, Denmark’s delightful Aebleskiver, and the timeless Indian favourite Gajar ka Halwa.
Scheduled from 16th January to 25th January, The Great Indian Global Feast will be hosted at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur and promises a warm and immersive winter dining experience. The festival invites guests to explore global flavours, celebrate seasonal comfort food, and indulge in an unforgettable culinary journey where the world comes together on one plate.
