Mumbai, April 23, 2025: Fairfield by Marriott, Mumbai is all set to tantalize tastebuds with a culinary journey to Thailand through its much-anticipated Thai Food Festival at its all-day dining restaurant, Mado Mado. The festival, curated by renowned Thai Masterchef Vina alongside Executive Chef Kamlesh Rawat, will run for 10 delightful days from April 25 to May 4, 2025.

This vibrant celebration of Thai cuisine invites food lovers to indulge in an exquisite array of traditional and modern Thai delicacies, reflecting the rich culinary heritage of Thailand. The specially curated menu showcases signature dishes such as:
